At Pinoy Mart, we want you to be happy with every order. While we do our best to pack and deliver your items with care, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns on:

Perishable or food items (e.g. frozen goods, snacks, sauces, canned food)

Change of mind
We do accept returns or offer replacements/refunds for:

Incorrect or missing items

Items that arrive damaged

Items with expired dates on arrival

Non-food items (unopened, unused, in original condition)

Refunds
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method

Processing time: 3–5 business days

Refunds exclude any original shipping charges unless the fault is on our end
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for non-food items only, returned in their original packaging, unused and within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges must be completed in-store.
